People come to MiaB at their most vulnerable. Anyone who exploits that has no place here — and reporting them takes less than a minute.
What to report
- Scams and fraud — demands for payment, fake offers of transport, housing, or documents.
- Exploitation of people in crisis — anyone leveraging someone's emergency for money, favors, or worse.
- Harassment or threats — in comments, messages, or anywhere on the platform.
- Impersonation — pretending to be an official, an aid organization, or another person.
How to report
Use the Report button. Every bottle, comment, and conversation has one. Pick a reason, add details if you can, and submit — the report goes straight to the review queue.
Block the person. In any conversation you can block a user — they immediately lose the ability to contact you.
Or email us directly at report@miab.social. Include a link to the bottle, profile, or conversation, and screenshots if you have them.
What happens next
Every report is reviewed by a person. Depending on what we find, content may be removed and accounts warned or banned — repeated violations result in removal from the platform. We do not share your identity with the person you reported.
